Quality Systems

To guarantee and improve the quality of business operations we have implanted a few quality systems at Veco. Veco is in possession of the next certificates:

• Bio certificate: A certificate given by SKAL. SKAL is an independent supervisor for demonstrable reliability in organic products and production processes. These processes must comply with legal requirements.
• VVAK: A Dutch recognized quality system for cultivation in combination with sustainability.
• FSSC 22.000: A certificate for demonstrable food safety of the production process and the product. The certificate is globally recognized.
• Global GAP: a quality system for cultivation, production processes and the product. The certificate has regulations for food safety, sustainability and quality.

In 2019 Veco started for the first time to certify the company for GlobalGAP. The demand of the customer is constantly increasing for a worldwide recognized food safety system. The VVAK on its own doesn’t comply anymore and the question to a harmonized system was increasing.

With the arrival of the GlobalGAP the production processes and cultivation are performed and documented according the regulations of the GlobalGAP.
